As a licensed mental health counselor and a doctoral candidate in counseling psychology, I have experience working with clients across many stages of life.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and the search for deeper connection with oneself and others. My research focuses on narcissistic personalities, and I work with many clients healing from and navigating narcissistic dynamics and abuse.

Practicing from an integrative framework, we will work to ease immediate suffering while nurturing greater authenticity, clarity, and connection with yourself and others. I am affirming of diverse identities, orientations, and relationships.
